The Challenge

Hiring in today's market is fragmented — recruiters juggle multiple tools, candidates face opaque processes, and AI capabilities often create more confusion than clarity. MeritFinder needed to unify the entire hiring lifecycle into a single, intelligent platform that serves both sides of the experience — while making AI-driven decisions feel transparent and trustworthy.
